Experience

Peg McShea’s career in design and marketing is grounded by over 20 years experience in agency and corporate environments. She has distinguished herself managing corporate branding campaigns, where the task is to deliver advertising, collateral, packaging and trade show displays that offer the audience a consistent experience.

Utilizing her extensive knowledge and experience in marketing and branding, McShea has developed ad campaigns, promotions and collateral for a wide variety of national and regional consumer brands including PECO Energy, SEAL brand, Boston office products, Bienfang, New Jersey Transit, Aramark and more.

From 1997 to 2004, McShea was Senior Art Director for the Philadelphia based Hunt Corporation and a trusted member of the marketing department for one of the nations leading office product manufacturers.

Prior to joining Hunt, she spent over a decade at two of Philadelphia’s leading advertising agencies: Grey & Rogers and Tierney & Partners. She thrived in these fast-paced environments where tight deadlines were the norm, making her mark as a senior designer and design supervisor.

In 2004, leveraging her extensive experience she started her own business, Communication Design Group. She continues to design and develop both branding campaigns and marketing materials for start ups as well as established business. Her mission is to help businesses grow their client base and visibility. McShea partners with a team of other professionals including copywriters, illustrators, photographers, stylists and Web developers to assure that her clients receive the most professional work possible.

Professional Memberships include the Color Association of the United States (CAUS), AIGA, Networkzing, and NJAWBO where she is currently VP of marketing.
